Shipping & Delivery Information

We are committed to getting your order delivered to you as fast, efficiently and as safely as possible. The following page contains some useful information regarding our shipping and delivery service.  When you order a large or heavy item for pallet delivery, we will contact you to let you know the soonest delivery date (usually next working day) so if you want a later date that suits you, just respond and we'll make it happen on that day.

*Excluding Scottish highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Ireland etc.  These have separate charges calculated during checkout & shown below

SPEND LESS THAN £99 - DPD TRACKED NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY IS £7.20 - Within England, Wales and Lower Scotland Only, *Excluding Scottish highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Ireland etc.

Other delivery options will be offered at checkout such as, 'Saturday Delivery', or offshore delivery etc.  All services are fully trackable using our trusted couriers DPD and Palletways.

Orders placed over the weekend (after 12pm Friday) will be shipped on the Monday.

*Where Next Day is stated on our website this means Next Working Day - Monday to Friday.

All the barbecues we sell are boxed ready for you to assemble at home, so they are protect during transit - Dont worry though our suppliers pride themselves on how easy their products are to assemble and the quality of the instruction manuals.

Large orders that are delivered on pallets will only be delivered once. If you are not home and it needs to be re-delivered, you will be liable for the redelivery charges.  Likewise if you refuse the delivery for any reason other than breakages you will be liable for delivery charges to you and for returning the product to us.

Shipping out of the UK to other countries

If your country is not listed above or you need any further help please contact us for a quote - please include the barbecue and or accessories you require and your FULL shipping address (inc country and delivery postcode). All the above shipping prices excludes all European Islands.

The shipping prices are due to couriers charges and are unfortunately not something we can build into our overall pricing structure. We do not make money on delivery charges, if fact we subsidise the prices for our customers.

Items ordered for delivery outside of the UK are priced without VAT, please note the price on the website will only change (removing VAT) once you enter your shipping address.

Import Taxes & Duty - Please note your destination country will calculate and charge your for the relevant taxes and in some cases duty charges before they complete delivery to you.  This is standard practice when import goods from outside the EU, please be aware of these before ordering.  We will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

The two main couriers we use are:-

Parcels - DPD - All orders under 30kg

Please see the individual product pages for estimated delivery times as larger parcels can take up to 2 working days. Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 8am and 6pm. A failed parcel delivery will automatically be attempted on the next working day. If a delivery attempt has been made the driver will try to leave a card saying so with instructions to call the local depot, please do as instructed and don’t just ignore the card.

All orders are trackable, if you enter your mobile number SMS notifications will be sent.   We offer free delivery for orders over £100 within England, Wales and Lower Scotland Only, *Excluding Scottish highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Ireland etc.

Pallets - Palletways - Orders over 30kg.

All large heavy orders over 30kg will be delivered on a wooden pallet measuring 1.2m x 1m, to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition. Please ensure there is suitable access for a heavy goods vehicle to deliver the pallet and access for the driver to wheel the pallet from the lorry to your property.

Please note the delivery driver will be able to wheel the barbecue as far as it is possible with a pallet truck but will not be able to remove items from the pallet or take the empty pallet away. As a result the driver will not be able to move the barbecue up stairs, down stairs, across gravel or through your property.

Please note that orders arriving on a pallet will be delivered to the address kerbside or nearest door/access point if this is logistically possible and under the discretion of the delivery driver.  We use external delivery companies and therefore cannot expect (and it is not the responsibility of) delivery personnel to assist with the moving and handling of your item into houses, doorways, outbuildings or garages etc.

All pallet deliveries are trackable will need to be signed for, this can be a neighbour or a person at work, please specify details in the special instructions field during checkout. We offer free pallet delivery for orders over £100 within England, Wales and Lower Scotland Only, *Excluding Scottish highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Ireland please see exact details below.

Returns

Ordered the wrong item? Change of mind?

Notify us within fourteen days of receiving your order.  Items to be returned to us are shipped at the expense of the customer, items must be securely packaged, sent registered, insured for the relevant value and have your order number noted inside the box. Ideally return the delivery slip.

Damaged or missing items?

Must be reported via Contact Form within 24 hours. We will not be liable to you if a 'non-signature' service is requested, or written instructions are given to leave goods in a 'safe' location, and the goods are subsequently lost or damaged.

BBQs 2u wiill not accept Returns or Cancellations if the Products have been altered or customising the Product in any way that could be deemed as you using or treating the Products as your own, including fully assembling the products. While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return in good condition.

Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered flat packed or boxed they must be returned in the same way including complete disassembly and correctly placed in all original packaging.

- We require a photo of the damages to be attached to the Contact Form
- Once photo has been received we can organise a replacement for the damaged part.
