The Kamado Joe Big Joe 3 Standalone with Elements pack is the new Big Joe bbq from Kamado Joe. This grill includes the newest innovations shared with the Kamado Joe Big Joe 3 but without the cart and side tables, allowing you to sit it within your outdoor kitchen or bar area.  With the huge cooking surface to cook on for those big family gatherings or events, along with the newest innovations such as the the revolutionary SloRoller Hyperbolic Smoke Chamber insert.

The SloRoller is developed by Havard university it harnesses the power of cyclonic airflow technology to control heat and smoke.  The SloRoller insert is designed to perfect the taste and texture of food on low-and-slow cooks up to 500°F, and is easily swapped out for heat deflector plates when searing or grilling at higher temperatures.  It ensures that the air in the Kamado Joe will turn like in a whirlwind back into your food. Thanks to this system you get an optimal distribution of the heat in the BBQ and there are no hot spots.

The Big Joe 3 standalone is a fantastic Kamado Joe and quickly becoming a favourite. It has a huge cooking grill ideal for those bigger BBQ cooks - smoking big briskets or multiple racks of ribs. You can use the cooking grate Expander half grid set-up for holding food above the main cooking grid or set-up with both Expander grids for those big cooks. Using the Expander is the ideal way for baking pizza high in the dome. Having the one/two grill option(s) is very useful.  On occasion when you do need to grill for smaller numbers simple use the basket's divider plate to partition the firebox to create dual temperature zones.

As with its predecessor, the Kamado Joe Big Joe 2, it also features a thick-walled, heat-resistant shell that locks in smoke and moisture at any temperature.
